Pay and Schedule

Hourly Pay: $34.71

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide warranty approvals for engine repairs to dealership technicians
  • Record, track, and manage technical inquiries in the Technical Assistance Database
  • Investigate and analyze vehicle specifications and system operations to resolve inquiries and validate service publications
  • Prepare trend analysis and technical reports from the database
  • Offer technical assistance to parts department hotline and technical personnel
  • Collaborate with dealership teams to ensure consistent application of service procedures

Requirements



  • 5+ years of experience as an automobile service technician
  • Dealership technician experience required
  • Two-year technical degree in vocational/automotive technology or equivalent experience preferred
  • Multiple ASE certifications desired; Master ASE certification preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical systems and OBD II emission systems
  • Proficiency in computer word processing and database programs
