Position Summary This position is a full-time (40 hours/weeek) temporary position with a duration lasting no longer than 12 months at 40 hours/week. The analyst will be providing basic level desktop IT support services to Iowa Healthcare Main Campus supported devices. Work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Responsibilities Configure and install computers utilizing various central management tools and techniques. Work within a centrally managed healthcare enterprise IT environment including clinical, critical care, research, and departmental spaces. Interact with all levels of UI Health Care personnel, potentially including patients and visitors. Work closely with peer technicians and teams promoting collaboration and consistent service delivery. Embrace standardization, the adoption of best practices, documentation, customer service excellence and the continual improvement approach to IT. Exercise all workflows while maintaining state and institutional policies, contributing to the support of organizational objectives. Required Qualifications
