GENERAL FUNCTION

The HR & TA Specialist will provide full-spectrum HR support with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition and Recruiting. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day recruitment process across all corporate functions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while also contributing to key HR programs and operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Own the candidate experience end-to-end, conducting first round screens, ensuring timely communication, smooth interview logistics, and a positive impression of the company.
  • Source and proactively pipeline top talent across corporate functions, including design, production, merchandising, operations, and other HQ roles.
  • Manage TA systems and reporting (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate data, posting jobs, and maintaining compliance.
  • Manage the contractor process in partnership with legal, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Assist with HR programs such as performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and culture initiatives.
  • Track and analyze key HR and TA metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, pipeline diversity) to inform leadership decisions.
  • Partner with Supreme and EssilorLuxottica HR team as needed to align on process, compliance, and systems.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • 3+ years of HR or recruiting experience, ideally in a creative, fashion, retail, or design-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of TA processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment.
  • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional, approachable tone.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing ambiguity.
  • Ability to balance operational rigor with a people-first approach.

Pay Range:73,361.20-103,672.00

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
