A Taste of What You'll Do We're seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive revenue and maximize contribution for Gallo Winery across assigned state(s). You will execute the sales plan through distributor partners, serve as the Gallo brand ambassador to retail and on-premise accounts, and use market data and pricing mechanics to inform recommendations. This role blends winery-facing strategy with field execution: build relationships with distributor leadership, prioritize high-opportunity accounts, negotiate monthly objectives and incentives, and support national promotions and new item launches. You'll lead with curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset-leveraging tools like Account 360, evaluating performance metrics, and reallocating resources to where they deliver the greatest impact. Responsibilities include forecasting, A&P planning, POS ordering, conducting tastings and training, supporting digital commercialization, and gathering market intelligence. Travel across your territory is required; occasional event hosting and community engagement that promote our brands are part of the role.
