IT Asset Management Deployment Specialist

Configure and deploy assets utilizing DFA approved enterprise images. Support all phases of the enterprise hardware IT asset management (ITAM) process.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Assist with processing incoming freight and deliveries, documenting assets
  • Ship and track provisioned equipment to/from end users
  • Assist with configuration and deployment of hardware
  • Perform validation of enterprise image updates as needed
  • Support ticketing requests focusing on the deployment and recovery of hardware
  • Create technical documents for deployment configuration processes
  • Prepare returned devices for redeployment
  • Support regular deployment and inventory audits
  • Provide project support for large scale deployment and recovery of assets
  • Prepare decommissioned equipment for physical disposal
  • Understand standards and ensure guidelines and controls are maintained
  • Maintain best practices for enterprise ITAM

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience



  • 2-4 years of enterprise environment, IT, or related experience - OR - 1+ years of IT asset management experience with 0-2 years of enterprise environment, IT, or related experience
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems (OS)
  • Experience with multi-location coordination of technical resources
  • ServiceNow ITAM module experience a plus
  • Microsoft Entra, Intune, and/or Active Directory experience a plus



Knowledge, Skills and Abilities



  • Understanding of ITAM standards and processes
  • Understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems (OS)
  • Technical knowledge of OS installation and device reimaging process
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to interact positively and work effectively with others (interpersonal skills)
  • Able to organize time, energy, and resources effectively to achieve goals (organizational skills)
  • Able to present a positive, energetic, and patient mentoring style
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English
