Minimum Experience/Education
Previous experience supporting a Health Information System ( HIS) or similar clinical/healthcare software environment. Hands-on experience with data extraction, report building, and reconciling information across systems. Familiarity with ticketing systems, help desk workflows, or IT support processes.

A bility to prepare clear, accurate, and timely reports; must be comfortable using spreadsheets, database tools, and reporting functions Strong skills in compiling, validating, and organizing data from multiple sources Maintains high accuracy in data entry, documentation, and report generation
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, filters, and basic data visualization. Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including root-cause identification and systematic problem resolution. Clear, professional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
