Advantage xPO is hiring a Lab Technician to support dispenser testing and troubleshooting at a leading facility in Roswell, GA. This hands-on role involves product testing, complaint analysis, and collaboration with engineering to resolve issues and improve performance.

Pay: $27.00-$28.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 9:00 AM-5:30 PM

Hours: 20-40 hours/week (flexible during standard work hours)

What You'll Do:

• Perform testing on dispensers, including setup, mounting, and data collection
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving product issues
• Analyze returned products and support complaint resolution
• Maintain lab cleanliness, safety, and equipment
• Ship samples and support light warehouse coordination
• Occasionally travel to customer sites (up to 2x/year)

What You Bring:

• Basic mechanical/DIY skills and tool use
• Basic electrical understanding (batteries, circuits)
• Computer proficiency for data entry and testing systems
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Willingness to travel locally as needed (expenses reimbursed)
