Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday (7:30 AM - 4 PM + 1 - 2 hours of OT) + Every other Saturday

Please Note: Peak time hours for December are 5 AM - 3:30 PM + Weekends as needed

What You'll Need to Bring

• 1+ years of compliance experience.
• Auditing experience.
• Steel-toe shoes.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with shipping processes, EDI systems, and ERP platforms (JD Edwards JDE).
• Physical strength to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow procedures and paperwork.
• Reliability and attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee and validate shipping activities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with operational standard processes.
• Assist in preventing errors that cause revenue recognition delays and overdue accounts receivable balances.
• Perform corrective actions such as resending Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) numbers to customers via their EDI system or performing shipping confirmations in JD Edwards (JDE) upon direction from the Accounts Receivable (AR) team.
