What It Takes to Shine:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of admin or office support experience
• Solid Microsoft Office skills
• Friendly attitude and sharp organizational skills

How You'll Keep It All Together:

• Greet and direct visitors, vendors, and customers
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and projects
• Handle emails, calls, and last-minute requests
• Keep things running smoothly when everyone's busy
• Support HR, accounting, and management with clerical tasks
• Maintain confidentiality
