WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Manage product data and ongoing maintenance to ensure manufacturing documentation aligns with engineering revision, controlled documents and structure requirements.
- Manage and coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources across teams to ensure successful execution of project plans and implementation of changes.
- Mentor, train, and oversee activities of assigned resources to ensure accuracy of completed work.
- Track and communicate progress and project status to leadership and functional resources.
- Act as a liaison to communicate documentation structure requirements and details with Engineering/New Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control, Manufacturing, Configuration Management, Layout/Non-Standard Engineering, and Configuration teams.
- Review Change Action requests and develop data change routes needed to maintain product data and support project completion.
YOU HAVE:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.; 2+ years' post-secondary education preferred.
- 2+ years' experience working with detailed Engineering and Manufacturing documentation.
- 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, including Production Control, Engineering, and Manufacturing processes and systems.
- Working knowledge and demonstrated experience with ERP and PLM systems; experience with Enovia PLM and JD Edwards ERP preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay Transparency
nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $62,900.00 - $116,900.00
