Process Technician - B Shift Shift: 6pm-6am Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Wed About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Process Technician to support critical Defect and Metrology tools within our semiconductor manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll create and maintain measurement recipes, respond to automation and process issues, and support engineering data needs. Your work will directly impact product quality, tool performance, and operational efficiency across the fab. Key Responsibilities * Create and troubleshoot scan and measurement machine recipes, including pattern recognition and measurement adjustments.
