Your role

As a Operations Manager - North America - - Specialty Rental - Deer Park, TX, your mission is to lead field and shop operations with the industrial rental service industry You should be a results-driven leader with a passion for safety, process improvement, customer service, and operational excellence. Proven ability to streamline workslows, optimize rental fleet performance, and collaborate across departments to meet financial and service goals. This role is key to supporting company growth and operational execution in the Southeastern US. You will report to Vice President of Operations.

You will



  • Manage daily operations of rental fleet (field and shop) for efficiency, safety, and compliance
  • Lead implementation of SOP's, job hazard analysis, and safety programs
  • Oversee CMMS reporting, fleet maintenance, and service documentation
  • Plan project timelines and delegate responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling, prioritization, skill-matching, and task delegation
  • Address and resolve service issues
  • Represent the company to customers, vendors and external partners
  • Develop and manage KPI's and dashboards to monitor fleet and team performance
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance-based recognition

You have 3 - 5 years of experience, working in operations management in technical/rental-based industries. Preferred expereience with air/steam rental equipment or industrial field and shop environments.

Education: Minimum Bachelors' degree in Business, Operations or Engineering; Preferred Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Enginering. MBA preferred

Additional Requirements:



  • Must be eligible to travel within North America (US, Canada, Mexico)
  • Experience with air compressors and rental environments strongly preferred
  • Ability to represent the company in customer-facing and technical discussions

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our corproate office in Deer Park, TXZ, United States (US).
