What to Expect As a Seasonal Production Associate, you will contribute to Tesla's production efforts through a variety of general labor duties in a safety-focused environment. If you have a strong work ethic, are reliable, and value teamwork, we want to hear from you. Shift: 06:50 AM - 07:00 PM Week 1:Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday Week 2:Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday OR 08:00 AM-4:30 PM Monday - Friday What You'll Do Complete standard work processes and follow work instructions, procedures, and rotate as required Perform general labor duties, including but not limited to sorting, labeling, packing, cleaning, data entry, and documentation control Demonstrate flexibility as needed by the business Operate equipment under supervision as required Be able to perform a wide array of essential functions across several production and manufacturing work areas as business needs require Follow safety guidelines and procedures and demonstrate a high level of professionalism Maintain exemplary attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts What You'll Bring Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and adapt to new work environments Ability to learn new technology Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal Open to schedule flexibility that will allow for a variety of shifts, including days, and/or weekends as needed, as well as potential overtime Ability to work in a team-oriented work environment, including exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills with your teammates Ability to maintain a safe and collaborative work environment Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail Essential Physical Demands: Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours/day Frequently and repetitively, lift, push and carry up to 35 lbs. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
