What You Bring to the Line

• Education: High school diploma or GED (associate's degree preferred).
• Experience: 5 years of related quality inspection experience (including 2 years operating and programming CMMs).
  
  
  
  • Non-destructive testing Level 1 certification and/or ASQ Certified Quality Technician preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Program and operate QC Lab Equipment, including the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), to measure and document part characteristics per control plans.
• Set up and manage the computerized SPC system, train operators on data collection, and report results as required.
• Oversee non-destructive and contamination testing processes; develop work instructions and train QC Inspectors.
• Create and maintain training plans, certification programs, and competency records for inspectors.
• Support scrap reduction efforts through data collection, analysis, and countermeasure recommendations.
• Provide backup support for QC inspection functions, including Receiving Inspection and Gage Calibration.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to company policies and quality standards.
