The Senior Project Manager leads complex ERP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. This role requires strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills to drive outcomes that meet business objectives while adhering to scope, schedule, and quality commitments. As part of a high-performing consulting team, the Senior PM partners closely with customers, consultants, solution architects, and project sponsors to align project execution with strategic goals. Success in this role requires balancing hands-on project management discipline with the ability to build trusted relationships at both executive and team levels.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Manage ERP implementation projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Define clear roles and responsibilities using project management tools.
  • Maintain project financials, including forecasting, billing, and expense approvals.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks using formal risk registers.
  • Lead cross-functional implementation teams and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly status reports with KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication through regular meetings and documented updates.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in ERP (cloud) software implementation/consulting.
  • Experience in delivering 3 or more full-cycle ERP implementations.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain on-time milestone completion rate of 90% or higher.
  • Experience in mitigating risk management.
  • Experience with face-to-face client interaction and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in leading implementation teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50% or more.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Infor WMS or other warehouse softwares is highly desired.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with warehouse/distribution operations.
  • Experience managing project budgets over $2 million and/or multi-site implementations.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar PM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
