Location Cincinnati, OH

Schedule 8 PM - 8 AM | Rotating Schedule

Pay $20 - $24 per hour + $1.25 for shift differential

The Basics You Need

• 2+ years of quality assurance experience
• Associate degree preferred (mathematics or related field).
• Previous quality control or quality assurance experience using testing equipment strongly preferred.
• Ability to support the QA Manager in creating work instructions, SOPs, and lab test methods.
• Maintain and troubleshoot lab instruments; perform routine calibration and equipment verification in compliance with ISO standards.
• Strong understanding of quality processes, manufacturing workflows, and continuous improvement practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to make sound decisions regarding product quality, nonconformances, and customer issues.
• Strong math, analytical thinking, and high attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.

What a Strong Shift Looks Like

Follow all safety policies and procedures. Responsible for in-process inspection and test verification for Quality and Food Packaging Safety requirements. Ensure all QA bench-top test equipment is calibrated and functioning properly. Responsible for documentation, sampling, and quarantining of non-conforming material. Maintains other sample requirements as defined. Assist the QA manager in generating work instructions and lab test methods. Keep lab equipment and instruments in good operational status; perform calibration and verification of these devices.
