Account Manager (Direct Hire) - Hamilton, OH

Salary: $50,000-$75,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Staffmark is hiring a Direct Hire Account Manager to join a fast-growing fulfillment and logistics operation in Hamilton, OH. If you're a customer-focused problem solver with experience in account management or supply chain operations, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a supportive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 2-5 years in account management, customer service, logistics, or fulfillment.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency with WMS or inventory management systems
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced operation


  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
    • Adaptability and commitment to delivering exceptional client service


  • Certifications: APICS, CSCMP, or similar certifications are a plus.



Position Summary

The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for assigned clients-ensuring clear communication, operational accuracy, and top-tier service delivery. You will build trusted client relationships, resolve issues quickly, monitor performance, and partner closely with warehouse and logistics teams to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships through proactive communication and tailored support.
  • Issue Resolution: Address delays, discrepancies, and service concerns with timely, effective solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with warehouse teams to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service.
  • Client Onboarding: Guide new customers through onboarding, training, and system adoption.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze client data to forecast demand and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to align operations with client needs.
  • Contract & Pricing Support: Assist with pricing reviews, contract compliance, and service-level adherence.
