Job Description:

The Role:
Our Company is seeking a Production Planner to join our Centralized Planning team. The Production Planner should have basic knowledge and understanding of Production Planning/Scheduling methods and practices. Can follow established procedures on routine assignments. Seeks input from supervisor or more experienced peers on issues beyond routine assignments. Assignments are routine or semi-routine and under the guidance of more experienced peers.

What You'll Do:

  • Review material and capacity availability and align work orders to appropriate dates to establish a clean, concise, consistent production schedule for earliest available commit

  • Work with production scheduling and buying teams to coordinate material constraints as needed

  • Work with master scheduling team to coordinate lead time/capacity constraints as needed

  • Coordinate with customer service team via internal notification application to communicate delays in supply as needed

  • Follow all Entegris planning policies and procedures

  • Any other duties as assigned

What We Seek:

  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • 1-3 years of experience in a scheduling role or related

  • Basic understanding and knowledge of ERP/MRP systems; SAP experience preferred

  • Must have strong analytical skills and be detail oriented

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Team results oriented

  • Work cross-functionally with multiple internal partners

  • Experienced in using MS Excel and mining data

  • Compensation: $70,500 - $88,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
