If you thrive in a hands-on environment and take pride in delivering excellence, this is the opportunity for you! Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM \| Monday - Friday Pay: $20 - $22/hr. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate punch presses using pancake and some progressive dies Follow Routing Report instructions and engineering drawings for accurate setups Select and use proper tooling for each job Read and interpret blueprints and job documentation Work independently with minimal supervision Uphold the highest quality standards under our AS9100-certified system Report to the Production Manager and support a high-performance team Maintain strong attendance and meet daily production targets Qualifications: 2+ years of experience operating punch or turret presses Ability to read blueprints with high attention to detail Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and inspection tools Good penmanship and basic computer skills (preferred) We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k options, life and disability insurance, weekly pay, employee discount programs, referral bonus potential, unmatched professional development, and more!
