What You Will Do as a Program Manager

The primary responsibility of the Program Manager is to manage their assigned uniform program contracts to ensure profitability, contract compliance, and to meet customer's requirements. Applies expertise in Image Authority to develop growth strategies within existing contracts and ensure successful renewals. Establishes and maintains control-related standards and procedures to support operational excellence.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Manages contract compliance: Ensures compliance in all areas of the contract to prevent noncompliance penalties. This includes managing allowances as prescribed, timely reporting, completion of sales materials, and annual closeouts.
  • Manages customer relations: Conducts meetings with customers to share product updates and changes, address complaints, and develop action plans to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. This helps ensure contract continuity and increases the likelihood of renewal.
  • Manages inventory and accounts receivable: Accurately forecasts for optimal inventory management and minimizes exposure for sell-off of discontinued items. Ensures invoices are correct and payments are timely to properly manage company assets and maximize sales opportunities. Collaborates with merchandising, planning, and sourcing teams to develop products as required by the customer, minimizing inventory exposure for both parties.

Skills for Success:

  • 3-5 years of experience in program management, contract administration, or client services
  • Strong background in customer relationship management and account oversight
  • Ability to fulfill contracts and consistently meet client expectations
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) for internal and external interactions
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Mainframe systems, Excel, and Word
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Willingness to travel
