Packaging Machine Operator

Staffmark is hiring entry-level Packaging Machine Operators for a rapidly growing beauty product distribution company in North Little Rock, AR. Pay & Shifts Available:

• $16/hr | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule)
• $16.25/hr | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift)
• $16.50/hr | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Sunday-Thursday, 8-hour shift)
• $17/hr | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule)

Note: 2nd and 3rd shifts are standard 8-hour schedules; 7-7 shifts follow a rotating 2 days on, 2 off, 3 on schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Operate packaging machines to efficiently process cosmetic products
• Assist with product packing, machine replenishment, and material handling
• Perform basic quality checks and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Lift up to 35 lbs as needed
• Work as part of a supportive team in a high-energy production environment
• No experience? No problem! Training is provided.
