Hours & Pay



  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Employment Type: Temp
  • Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
  • Physical Requirements: Heavy lifting required

Daily Responsibilities



  • Research part options, gather breakdowns for technicians, and order parts for mechanics and customers.
  • Verify that parts billed to work orders reflect accurate quantities and pricing.
  • Maintain parts inventory in both the warehouse and technician vans.
  • Process electronic invoices for work order billing and supplier payment.
  • Manage the timely processing of parts returns.
  • Provide backorder updates to service teams and customers.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable collections as needed.
  • Receive incoming parts shipments both physically and electronically.
  • Ship parts or required documentation as requested.



What You Need to Bring



  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a parts, logistics, or inventory-focused role.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and basic accounting support is helpful.
  • Reliability, communication skills, and a commitment to supporting technicians and customers.
