Associate Manufacturing Technician - Build the Future of Medical Innovation

Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $27.60 per hour

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Hours: 36-hour workweek paid as 40 hours

Environment: Full cleanroom; standing required for entire shift

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)



  • Operate, set up, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment, performing daily and weekly preventative maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Monitor and maintain raw material feeds, clear equipment faults, and keep automated systems running safely and efficiently.
  • Utilize HMIs to identify process changes and adjust controls as needed.
  • Perform product inspections, use measurement tools to verify tolerances, and support equipment validations and process development activities.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions for process inefficiencies.
  • Maintain documentation, follow GMPs, and assist with material inventory and quality management systems.
  • Support new product launches, engineering initiatives, and cross-functional problem-solving efforts.
  • Perform equipment cleaning, lubrication, and inspection to maintain medical-grade standards.
  • Work from work orders, specifications, and instructions to ensure consistent, high-quality production.
  • Maintain a cleanroom environment while wearing full cleanroom attire.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



What You'll Bring (Requirements & Preferred Skills)

Minimum Requirements:



  • High school diploma and 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot machinery.
  • Ability to stand for the full 12-hour shift.
  • Proficiency in English for reading, communication, and documentation.


Preferred Skills & Experience:



  • Experience operating or maintaining highly automated equipment.
  • Familiarity with HMIs, micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, gauge blocks, and other precision instruments.
  • Cleanroom production experience and previous exposure to medical device manufacturing.
  • Experience with discrete component assembly, robotic automation, or technologies such as heat staking, laser welding, ultrasonic welding, or PCB handling/testing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
  • Background in start-up production environments is a plus.
