Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $14-$16/hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, crate, and inspect finished products before shipment
• Seal louvers and components using a caulk gun
• Assemble louvers using drills, impact drivers, and screws
• Read work orders and cut sheets to ensure accurate builds
• Measure materials precisely using your own tape measure
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and wear provided PPE at all times
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
