Schedule: First shift, Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

Type: Temp-to-hire opportunity

What You'll Do

As a Billing Specialist, you'll ensure billing accuracy and efficiency while supporting both customers and internal teams. Daily responsibilities include:

• Managing customer contracts and generating accurate, timely invoices in the order processing system
• Assessing customer needs, building rapport, and ensuring satisfaction with every interaction
• Partnering with sales and operations teams to expedite documentation and transactions
• Monitoring billing performance metrics, including average days to invoice, contracts not invoiced, and on-hold billing
• Providing backup support to team members to maintain service levels
• Supporting Accounts Receivable in resolving queries and expediting payments
• Addressing or escalating customer issues as needed to maintain professionalism and service standards
• Participating in process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
