Pay Rate: Up to $29.00 per hour (candidates requiring higher pay will not be considered)

Shift: 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do (Daily Responsibilities)



  • Perform mechanical product testing such as pull, flex, torque, extension, and retraction evaluations.
  • Conduct electrical and high-voltage/current testing as needed.
  • Set up and operate semi-automated testing equipment with extreme attention to detail.
  • Perform R&D testing on medical products including leads, catheters, and component assemblies.
  • Carry out additional testing such as tensile testing, fatigue testing, x-ray analysis, and electrical measurements.
  • Capture test data accurately, follow protocols, and ensure documentation meets quality system standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all quality requirements and help build quality into every step of testing.
  • Work independently while interpreting written instructions, test protocols, and setup procedures.



What You'll Bring (Skills & Requirements)



  • AA degree or equivalent experience in a related field (assembler, operator, test technician).
  • 1+ year of relevant testing, equipment operation, or comparable experience.
  • Experience using test equipment (tensile testers, microscopes, electrical measurement tools) is ideal-but training is available for candidates experienced with other complex machinery.
  • Ability to follow detailed protocols and complete repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, file saving, and data tracking.
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and interpret written directions effectively.
