CNC Operator

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Must be flexible and available to work 12-hour shifts (schedule may vary)

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to fabricate timber components safely and accurately
• Follow work orders and maintain consistent product flow
• Inspect raw panels, identify defects, and optimize toolpaths
• Measure finished products and verify against design specs
• Perform basic machine maintenance and replace cutting tools as needed
• Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of CNC or related experience
• Able to read a tape measure and interpret blueprints
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Physically able to work in a manufacturing environment for long shifts
