Summary Multi-Color Corporation is a global leader in premium label solutions, partnering with the world's leading FMCG companies to build their brands. We are seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager to support the development and execution of commercial excellence initiatives across the Americas region (North and Latin America) and ensure alignment with global strategies. This role is critical in enabling our sales teams to perform at their highest potential through structured processes, best-in-class tools, and capability development. The ideal candidate combines sales experience with a structured, project management mindset, ensuring timely and effective implementation of initiatives. Why work at MCC: * Opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing, dynamic business * Competitive Compensation * Generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and retirement plans * Paid Holidays and Floating Holidays Responsibilities: * Support Strategic Customer Engagement: Collaborate with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused initiatives and strategic proposals. * Enable Go-To-Market for Innovation: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to design and execute commercialization strategies for new products and technologies. * Lead Change Management: Drive adoption of commercial excellence initiatives through structured change management plans, training, and stakeholder engagement. * Develop and Deploy Sales Enablement Tools: Create and implement tools such as playbooks, negotiation frameworks, value proposition templates, and contract management processes. * Capability Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance internal skills in negotiation, value selling, and account management. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other regions to ensure alignment and consistency of strategies. * Project Management: Develop project plans, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution of initiatives across multiple stakeholders. * Data & Insights: Provide analysis and reporting to measure effectiveness of initiatives and identify improvement opportunities. Competence Requirements: * Full-time role with Americas focus, collaborating globally. * Sales experience to understand commercial mindset. * Structured, project management-oriented approach. * Ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. * 4+ years of experience in Sales, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Operations. * Proven experience in sales or account management. * Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools. * Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global organization. * Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus For over a century, Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) has crafted premium labels for the world's most iconic and recognizable brands.
