Social Media Content Producer

Hybrid role, on-site 4 days/week in Cincinnati, often filming across multiple retail locations.

Occasional night/weekend content capture when trends hit.

Ongoing full-time assignment (40 hours/week), as a W2

Immediate need for a Social Media Content Producer to support a national retail store. Our client is seeking a professional who is passionate about social media, can spot trends, and create his/her own clips/content/reels to be posted across multiple social media platforms. This role is great for a solid mid-level professional who has a marketing background that focuses on social media and has either been an influencer OR knows how to create content like an influencer. You will interact/brainstorm with colleagues, retail associates, and a variety of internal departments to better understand our client's brand and voice all while adding FUN moments that will engage consumers of all demographics.

This Role Will:



  • Track trending moments across platforms and quickly turn them into brand-relevant content.
  • Capture in-store and on-location video/photo assets using your mobile device or camera.
  • Produce short-form videos, voiceovers, memes, and visuals with speed and style.
  • Write fun, engaging copy and scripts that fit each platform's tone and format.
  • Appear on camera to demonstrate products and bring authenticity to content.
  • Collaborate with the social team to plan, ideate, and schedule content that drives engagement.
  • Maintain brand standards while still pushing creativity and cultural relevance.


What One Needs to Bring:



  • 4+ years of experience in social media, marketing, and content creation.
  • Deep fluency in TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging formats: Must have a portfolio
  • Sharp creative instincts and the ability to spot trends early.
  • Strong photography/video skills and comfort using quick-edit tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Confident on-camera presence and a natural storytelling voice.
  • Highly organized, self-starting, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, on-location environment.
  • Bonus: retail/CPG experience, cooking knowledge, or Sprout Social familiarity.
