You Are:

The Senior IT Project Manager leads complex, enterprise-level initiatives with minimal oversight. This role is accountable for driving project success by aligning leadership, resources, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. The Project Manager organizes and facilitates project kick-offs, establishes clear objectives, and maintains strong governance throughout the project lifecycle to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget.

The Opportunity:

* Lead and manage multiple large, complex, enterprise-level projects end-to-end following PMO/PPMO methodology.

* Create and maintain project artifacts: Charter, Project Plan, Budget Tracker, RACI, Weekly Status Reports, Steering Committee presentations, GLRA, and Change Management documentation.

* Organize and facilitate project kick-offs, bringing together leadership, resources, vendors, and stakeholders.

* Establish critical path milestones and report progress to executive leadership regularly.

* Analyze and understand business requirements, vendor statements of work, and other documentation to define project scope and deliverables.

* Ensure meticulous documentation for internal/external audits and compliance with PPMO processes.

* Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies; actively monitor and report progress.

* Mentor and provide oversight to junior project managers and coordinators.

* Facilitate planning and design sessions to define in-scope and out-of-scope items.

* Plan and oversee user training, competency validation, and support readiness for go-live.

* Coordinate implementation activities, ensuring system changes are tested and users are prepared.

* Maintain project issues and report status and accomplishments to IS management and steering teams.

* Support IS-related business planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and workload planning.

* Ensure adherence to department policies, procedures, and documentation standards.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in an Information Systems environment.

* Minimum 6 years of IT project management experience, including requirements gathering and analysis.

* Proven experience managing large, multi-hospital implementations.

* Strong background in OpTime, Cupid, and Radiant modules.

* Extensive experience in enterprise-level project management with minimal oversight.

* Certifications: PMP Certification strongly preferred.

* Ability to create detailed project plans and manage scope, resources, and budgets.

* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

* Excellent documentation and compliance skills for audit readiness.

* Proficiency in risk management and mitigation planning.

* Strong communication and presentation skills for executive reporting.

* Familiarity with PMO/PPMO processes and governance.

* Ability to mentor junior team members and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $154,000 - $231,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
