Location: Erlanger, KY

Salary: $160,000 - $190,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 AM - 3 PM)

Key Responsibilities



  • Create a safety culture and ensure compliance with all EHS regulations.
  • Implement established safety requirements, initiate preventative and corrective actions, and ensure employee training.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through the timely delivery of quality products.
  • Understand basic financial principles, cause and effects, and be able to take actions to improve the financial performance of the facility.
  • Directs the quality control, production performance, maintenance, environmental, and plant administrative functions.
  • Document and support the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Oversee the continual development and updating of the manufacturing operating procedures manuals, the establishment of good manufacturing practices, and coordinate the quality inspection system, including inspection database, specifications, standards, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with vendors of raw materials to ensure materials meet production requirements.
  • Facilitates supervisory training, monitors attendance, and addresses disciplinary issues.



Requirements

Experience



  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience (specifically in leading direct reports)
  • Experience leading change initiatives with change management techniques.
  • Proven success working with a team to implement and audit systems that drove performance improvements in key metrics (KPI's).
  • Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing.


Education



  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management.
  • An MBA is preferred.
