Annual Salary: $90,000 - $95,000

Nightingale Private Care is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical operations across Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties.

As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Nursing ensures the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational excellence within our home care program. As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Nursing ensures the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational excellence within our home care program. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on client outcomes while leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee case management, caregiver education compliance, and the competency/supervisory visit process.
• Ensure that all clinical services adhere to professional standards and best practices.
• Implement policies and procedures established by the Governing Body and Administration.
• Participate and monitor the QAPI Program, ensuring ongoing compliance and staff education.
• Partner with the Administrator to review operations, identify needs, and drive departmental goals.
• Manage client intake, referrals, and chart audits to maintain high-quality documentation and care.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing licensure and certification.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Team to maintain continuous survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Florida.
• Minimum two years of home care experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with a team-oriented approach.
• Proficient knowledge of home care industry regulations and best practices.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and operational management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with regional and corporate leadership to support organizational goals.
