What You'll Do Day-To-Day

Under moderate supervision, establishes, implements, monitors and enforces policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company requirements. Evaluates the impact of existing and/or proposed regulations to determine their effect and applicability to company operations. Provides technical assistance on projects with broad-based implications.

    Coordinates tasks to help a customer, a user or a provider express their needs and solve day-to-day problems.
  • Identifies the required level of skills and assists colleagues so the team can reach required levels of performance to carry out mission of group.
  • Identifies and promotes those initiatives that improve short-term profitability.
  • May occasionally identify risk and evaluate deficiencies while working with internal departments to appropriately remedy them.
  • May assist with hosting regulatory compliance audits, coordinating follow-up actions to resolve audit findings, and may also help to prepare formal responses.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years of related experience is required. Equivalent work experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, local, and company regulations, with the ability to assist in developing and enforcing policies to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to provide technical assistance on projects with broad implications, contributing to compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Good communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships, work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Prioritizes tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.


Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $30.80 - $40.40 per hour and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
