Appeals and Grievances Analyst

Key Responsibilities: * Design Test suites, QA, develop automations, and maintain automation scripts Java or Scala, and Python.

* Test RESTful and SOAP-based APIs. * Test ETL solutions based on Spark, Glue, EMR. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize application behavior.

* Work with Data lakes in S3, Dynamodb and Relational db to manage and query data efficiently. * Independently analyze and resolve technical challenges with minimal supervision.

* Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills: * Strong proficiency in Java or Scala, or Python. * Experience with RESTful APIs * Experience with Big Data solutions * Hands-on experience with Data lakes in S3 and NoSQL databases. * Excellent debugging and performance tuning skills. * Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multi-team environment.

Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in large-scale enterprise projects. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. * Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
