Security Officer - Resort Patrol Driver Full-Time

As a Security Officer - Resort Patrol Driver Full-Time in Peoria, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a prominent hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This is a driving post, so you will also be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. You will remain visible to provide exceptional customer service and communication, reflecting Allied Universal's commitment to teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment within the hotel or resort.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property, including guest areas and the surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document and report any unusual activity, incidents, or security-related concerns according to site protocols.
• Assist guests and staff by providing information and support as needed, while maintaining a professional presence.
• Work closely with hotel or resort management and Allied Universal supervisors to address security-related matters and/or emergencies as they arise.
• Remain alert to the surroundings at all times and follow site-specific instructions provided by Allied Universal and location management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
