As a Security Professional - Resort Patrols Full-Time in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a hotel and resort location, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the hotel property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Collaborate with hotel personnel to support a welcoming environment while maintaining security-related standards.
• Assist guests and staff with inquiries or directions as needed, providing a high level of customer service while remaining alert to potential security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
