Security Officer - Industrial Access Gate

As a Security Officer - Industrial Access Gate in Rincon, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry and exit points, conduct routine patrols of the premises, and provide outstanding customer service while helping to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Monitor access points at the manufacturing and industrial location to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain security-related protocols.
• Verify credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors to help to maintain authorized access to the premises.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around facility buildings and the perimeter to help to identify security-related concerns and report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Document and report security-related incidents or suspicious activity according to Allied Universal and client site protocols.
• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and answering questions as needed.
• Support emergency response activities at the location when appropriate, including assisting with evacuations and/or other site-specific emergency protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
