As a Security Guard - CRE Patrol Rounds in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and support a secure environment. Your presence and engagement with tenants and visitors will contribute to a positive atmosphere, while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary based on the site.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access by maintaining a visible presence.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, suspicious activity, or unauthorized persons on the premises.
• Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site contacts as needed to address security-related concerns.
• Complete required reports and documentation of all incidents, observations, and activities during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least six months of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
