As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in SHADY GROVE , PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a transportation location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will support a secure environment for all on site. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required, as you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols by vehicle and/or on foot. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the transportation location and its perimeter to help to deter and/or detect suspicious activity or unauthorized access.
• Monitor the premises for security-related concerns and report any observed irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or others present at the location to provide assistance and information as needed.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as incidents occur.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
