As a Security Officer - Financial Dispatch Full-Time in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will play a vital role in supporting security-related operations. You will monitor alarm panels, manage access control systems, and communicate important information to team members and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Monitor communications and coordinate responses to incidents and/or emergencies within the location, helping to facilitate efficient information flow.
• Operate dispatch equipment and systems to communicate with security-related personnel and respond to requests for assistance.
• Assist in the management of access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points remotely.
• Document and report incidents, activities, and any unusual occurrences as per site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting clients, visitors, and employees with inquiries and directions as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established security-related procedures.
• Support regular and random patrols by coordinating with on-site personnel and relaying important information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
