The Quality Control Supervisor I provides leadership and direction in quality control. You will develop and implement programs for product testing, trend analysis, compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice/Good Laboratory Practice (GMP/GLP) in support of facility-wide compliance and product quality goals. These might include ISO and other quality initiative implementation. You will also plan and execute staff strategies to assure on-time completion of testing. And you'll be responsible for release of regulated and critical products.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Maintaining ISO compliance.
  • Managing 3 QC technicians responsible for quality monitoring of a 24/5 operation.
  • Leading the effort for new product development qualifications, new mold qualifications, calibration, and document control changes.
  • Collaboration with Quality Assurance and Engineering is a critical aspect of this role.
  • Compiles QC KMI data for weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.


What You Bring:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Work Experience: 3+ years quality control or manufacturing experience. 0-3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication, public-speaking, decision-making
  • Good technical and analytical skills required.
  • Strong customer orientation and focus.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems a plus.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, GMP and GLP a plus.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $75,500 to $103,900 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
