As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling commercial real estate locations to help create a secure environment for tenants and visitors. Your presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license as you move throughout the property. What You'll Do:

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as guided by Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients, tenants, and visitors within the commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or conditions to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or local authorities as required.
• Complete detailed and accurate documentation of daily activities and incidents as directed by Allied Universal protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to occupants.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
