Join H.B. Fuller as a Production Graphic Design Specialist, where you'll create and prepare production-ready artwork for branded and private-label packaging. This role ensures compliance with regulatory and market standards while supporting marketing initiatives across print and digital platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality design assets.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare packaging and labeling files for print and digital distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Design marketing materials including brochures, social media graphics, and presentations.
  • Edit and optimize images for various platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain organized design asset libraries with version control.
  • Apply design principles for visual balance and clarity.
  • Support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of print production processes and digital design standards.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related discipline.
  • Experience in packaging design within industrial or agency settings.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles.
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and platforms.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $28.84.
