About the Opportunity

TheSenior Compensation Analyst will be a key member of the Total Rewards team, reporting to the VP of Total Rewards. This role supports the design, analysis, and administration of Machinify's global compensation programs, with a strong focus on operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and supporting ongoing integrations across our legacy organizations.

The ideal candidate brings both strategic thinking and analytical depth - someone who can roll up their sleeves to execute complex compensation work while helping to shape scalable frameworks for a rapidly evolving organization.

Key Responsibilities



  • Support the development, analysis, and administration of Machinify's compensation programs, including base pay, annual incentives, and equity.
  • Lead or support market benchmarking and salary structure modeling, leveraging Radford, Mercer, and other survey sources.
  • Conduct pay equity, competitive analysis, and job evaluation reviews to ensure internal and external alignment.
  • Support implementation of the Job Architecture framework, harmonizing titles, levels, and pay ranges across legacy companies.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and insights.
  • Contribute to annual compensation cycles - merit, bonus, and equity - including budgeting, modeling, and system setup in Paycom.
  • Support acquisition integrations through compensation alignment, communications, and harmonization.
  • Develop and maintain compensation tools, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making and transparency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent and compliant application of pay practices and policies.

Qualifications


  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis or Total Rewards; healthcare or tech industry preferred.
  • Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills; proficiency with survey data (Radford, Mercer, WTW).
  • Experience with job architecture and salary structure design.
  • Knowledge of HR systems such as Paycom, Workday, or similar.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to partner across HR, Finance, and leadership teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical rigor, and ability to communicate complex topics simply.
  • CCP or progress toward CCP certification preferred.



Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000.

For Salary position only:The salary range is for Base Salary.Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
