Project Manager - Richmond, IN

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/year (DOE)

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects as the primary contact for internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and objectives while monitoring risks and resolving issues.
• Coordinate communication across teams, departments, vendors, and clients for seamless project execution.
• Oversee billing activities, resolve discrepancies, and support workflow improvements and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in print, visual media, or marketing.
• Skilled in project planning, budgeting, workflow optimization, and risk management.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
