Summary: Assists the Senior Program Manager, NPDES and the Program Manager, Environmental Compliance and Monitoring in the implementation of the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits, covering the Authority's wastewater and drinking water facilities. Assists in the implementation of the Authority's environmental monitoring projects. Posting Period: 11/10/2025 to 11/24/2025 Location: Deer Island (Winthrop), MA Salary: $80,381.83 - $112,273.02 Annually $1,545.80 - $2,159.10 Weekly Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm Key Responsibilities

Tools and Equipment Used Office equipment as normally associated with the use of telephone, personal computer including word processing and other software, copy and fax machine. Supervision Received and Exercised Works under the general supervision of the Program Manager, Environmental Compliance and Monitoring. May exercise occasional supervision over interns or contract employees.
