Now Hiring Press Machine Operator Rogers, AR Pay Rate: $19.00 - $19.55 per hour Shift: (1st Shift (7 AM - 3:30 PM {overtime happening at 5 AM}) \| Monday - Friday) \| (2nd Shift (3 PM - 1:30 AM {overtime until 1:30 AM}) \| Monday - Friday) \| (3rd Shift (11 PM - 7:30 AM \| Sunday - Thursday {overtime occasionally on Fridays}) Push Buttons, Pull Levers, Cash Paychecks Every shop needs someone to run the machines - and that's where you come in. As a Machine Operator, you'll keep production rolling while cashing steady paychecks. Bring to the Table: Diploma or GED (trade creds = bonus points) Experience in machine ops, warehouse, or production Handy with tools, gauges, and fix-it know-how Sharp eye to keep quality solid Stamina to lift and stand through the shift Team player who shows up and works safely Steel-toe shoes Responsibilities: Set up and operate various computer-controlled carbide presses Make mechanical and computer adjustments during setup Load/unload inserts and perform visual and dimensional inspections Use gauges and microscopes to check product quality Select, weigh, and press Tungsten powder into the inserts Separate and document scrap vs. good inserts accurately Maintain and resurface tooling as needed Record inspection and production data in internal systems Troubleshoot moderate machine or product issues What's In It For You: Weekly Pay: Hard work equals fast deposits you can count on.
