Background: Minimum of 2 years of experience in production or inspection, and proficiency with precision measurement tools (micrometers, gauges, surface plates, etc.)helps you hit your stride. Sharp Eyes: You notice what others overlook. Physical Ability: Stay on your feet, handle materials safely, and keep pace with the crew.
