What It Takes to Roll With Us:

• Be on time and ready to roll every shift
• Play it safe, keep your head in the game
• On your feet, moving, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Bring your prior manufacturing knowledge, keep the line humming, and back up your crew
• GED or High School Diploma required

The Daily Grind:

• Assemble products and components
• Operate tools and equipment such as an impact gun, band saw, wrenches, drill press, and other tools as necessary
• Inspect products to keep quality tight
• Pack, stack, and label finished goods
• Stick to safety rules and keep your station clean
