Pay: Starts at $20-$21/hour for entry level, with negotiable rates for experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule (no weekends!) Temp-to-hire opportunity-start with us, grow into a long-term role What You'll Be Doing: Learn to complete New Construction Draws and process Closing Files Assist with drafting closing documents and scheduling closings Gain exposure to every step of the closing process while building real-world skills Provide top-notch support to the team while keeping things organized and running smoothly What We're Looking For: A happy, approachable personality that thrives in a customer-focused environment Strong typing and computer skills Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and motivated to grow Experience is great, but not required-we'll train the right person!
